This Privacy Policy explains how Motion Alert ("Motion Alert", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Motion Alert mobile application.

1. Summary

Motion Alert is designed to work locally on your iPhone. Camera frames are processed live on the device to detect visual changes. They are not saved, recorded, uploaded, or shared by the app.

3. Camera Permission

Motion Alert requests access to the device camera so it can show a live preview and compare the current view with the armed view. This processing happens on the device during active use. The app does not store the camera view after processing.

4. Purchases

Motion Alert may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock unlimited monitoring. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. The app may store purchase entitlement status on the device so paid access can be restored.

5. Data Retention

Because Motion Alert does not collect camera content, account data, location data, or analytics data, we do not retain those categories of information. Any local app settings, such as language or control values, remain on your device unless you remove the app or reset them.

6. Children

Motion Alert is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Responsible Use

You are responsible for using Motion Alert only where you have the right to use a camera and in a way that respects other people’s privacy and applicable laws.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
